What We Do
Step 1 - Full Business Review
Business Review
We need to review your business to bring up what you're doing thats currently working and whats not working. From there we can make a plan of action.
This is the step most agencies skip, and it is the reason so many marketing campaigns fall flat. You cannot market a business you do not understand. So before we touch a website or spend a dollar on traffic, we sit down with you and go through the whole operation: how you get customers today, which services or products actually make you money, what an average job or sale is worth, and how much room you have to take on more work.
We ask a lot of questions in this stage. Where did your last twenty customers come from? Which ones were profitable and which ones do you wish you had never taken? What have you already tried, what did it cost, and what did it return? Most owners have never had anyone walk through this with them, and the answers almost always change the plan. Sometimes the best opportunity is not more leads at all. It is raising prices, fixing a slow follow-up process, or promoting the one service with the best margin.
We also look at the numbers behind the business. Average ticket, close rate, repeat rate, and capacity all decide how aggressive a marketing plan should be. A company that can only handle five more jobs a month needs a very different strategy than one trying to fill three crews. Getting this right up front keeps you from paying for growth you cannot service.
By the end of the review you get something concrete: a clear picture of where the business stands, where the easy wins are, and what we would do first if it were our money. If we find that marketing is not your real bottleneck, we will tell you that too. It costs us a project sometimes, but it is the only honest way to start, and it is why clients tend to stay with us for years.
Once we agree on the direction, we move to step two and start researching your market in detail.
